The short version

PatriotShirts is a small American shop. We collect the minimum we need to print your shirt and get it to your door, we don’t run ads or analytics trackers on this site, and we never sell your information to anyone. Ever.

What we collect

When you place an order, we collect what any store needs to fill it: your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number if you choose to give one. That’s it. We don’t ask for anything we don’t use.

Payments are handled by our payment processor, not by us. Your card number goes directly to them over an encrypted connection — we never see or store your full card details.

Cookies

This site runs on WooCommerce, which uses a small number of functional cookies to remember what’s in your cart and keep your checkout session working. Those cookies exist so the store works — nothing more.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, social media pixels, or any third-party tracking scripts. We checked. There are none.

What we do with your information

We use your order details to print and ship your order and to email you about it — confirmation, tracking, and any question we might have about your order. That’s the whole list. We don’t add you to marketing lists, and we don’t share or sell your information to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.

The only people who ever see your shipping details are the folks who need them to get the shirt to you (for example, our print and shipping partners), and they only get what’s required to do that job.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we’re required to for accounting and tax purposes. We don’t stockpile data beyond that.
